Check-in: From 2:00pm for cabins and 11:00am for sites. Check-out: By 10:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged, please just ask our friendly team.

Our friendly reception team is available daily from 9:00am to 4:00pm. If you anticipate arriving outside these hours, please contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

Yes, we offer both powered and unpowered sites, including some of the largest in the region. Many sites come with ensuites, providing added convenience during your stay. 

All our cabins come equipped with linen and towels. For guests staying on sites, please bring your own bedding and towels.

Absolutely! Our facilities include a camp kitchen, BBQ areas, and a games room, ensuring you have everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 

Yes, we feature a 22-metre resort-style heated swimming pool and a children's playground, perfect for families looking to relax and have fun. 

Yes, we provide laundry facilities equipped with washing machines and dryers for guest use.

We offer free wireless internet throughout the park to keep you connected during your stay. 

Pets are welcome during off-peak seasons (outside school holidays and long weekends) on sites only. Please note that all pets must be pre-approved before booking and are not permitted in park accommodation.

• High & Peak Seasons: Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days incur a fee equivalent to the total booking tariff.
• Low & Shoulder Seasons: Free cancellation up to 6 days before arrival. Cancellations within 5 days incur a fee equivalent to the total booking tariff.

Yes, Lakeside is a pet-friendly park, we allow dogs on our sites only. Please note dogs are welcome to stay with us outside of peak periods including, but not limited to school holidays, public holidays, and major events. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you and your dogs to stay, during quieter times. Wanting to bring your pet on holiday?  To book a stay with your dog, please contact our friendly team directly. Dogs are welcome by application at the time of booking, subject to the manager’s discretion.

Yes - with direct lake access, guests can paddle, fish or explore the shallows straight from the shoreline.

Whale-watching cruises depart from Forster Marina (7–10 minutes away), and you can often spot whales from local headlands during migration seasons.

Forster Main Beach, Pebbly Beach, Burgess Beach, Tuncurry Rockpool and One Mile Beach are all within 6–12 minutes.

Woolworths and Coles Forster are a 5-minute drive from the park.

Right there — the park borders the shoreline, with direct access to Wallis Lake.
